Six lines. One moment to pause.
How this reading works
Each line uses three independent coin tosses: heads counts as 3, tails as 2. Totals of 7 and 9 form solid yang lines; 6 and 8 form broken yin lines. The first cast is the bottom line. Totals of 6 and 9 change into their opposite, forming a relating hexagram.
The digital version uses your browser’s cryptographic random generator. It has the three-coin probabilities: 6 and 9 each occur with probability 1/8; 7 and 8 each occur with probability 3/8.
What do the interpretations mean?
The titles follow the traditional King Wen numbering. The short reflections and questions are original modern writing based on each hexagram’s theme, not translations of the classical judgments or changing-line texts. Changing-line positions are shown; no classical line-by-line interpretation is claimed.
Can this predict my future?
This is a cultural and reflective experience, not a factual prediction. Use your own judgment for real decisions. A reading cannot establish facts about your health, finances, relationships, or other people.
Where can I learn about the method?
